2026 Dates and Deadlines

National History Academy will run from Sunday, June 28, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026.

Student application deadlines:

EARLY DEADLINE: February 1, 2026

DEADLINE: April 15, 2026

Applications will be taken on a rolling basis to fill any remaining spots after the April 15 deadline.

Tuition

Tuition for our four-week residential summer program is $9,995. Tuition is inclusive of room, board, learning materials, transportation, and admission to historic sites. Full and partial scholarships are available on a need basis.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Full and partial scholarships are available on a need basis. Students who would like to be considered for financial aid should indicate this on their Academy application and complete the financial aid section in full. Families are notified if they have received financial aid at the same time they receive notification about admission decisions.

PAYMENT

Students whose applications are accepted will be invited to register for the Academy. Tuition must be paid in full by June 15, 2026.

Families paying by credit card have the option to pay in full at the time of enrollment or can pay three equal installments (each payment two weeks apart). Alternatively, parents may pay in full at the time of registration.

Registrations submitted after June 15, 2026, require full payment at the time of enrollment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the National History Academy or emailed to Michelle Burrelli. You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within one week of receipt. Cancellations by June 15, 2026 are refundable less a $250 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after June 15, 2026. If the National History Academy residential program is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
